Role Objective:
Collaborate with the Product Manager in the analysis, documentation, and functional design of new features and software integrations, ensuring clarity, traceability, and proper preparation for technical development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional discovery sessions with internal users and implementation teams.
Write clear, complete, and prioritized user stories following the established format (Title, Description, Acceptance Criteria).
Identify dependencies, constraints, and edge cases before handing over requirements to the development team.
Actively participate in grooming, discovery, and planning sessions.
Analyze and document functional flows based on mockups, documentation, and reports.
Requirements:
Technical Knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of business management software (ERP, CRM, logistics, or accounting systems).
Basic understanding of JSON, API payloads, and database structures.
Ability to identify and define business rules.
Tools
Azure DevOps (user stories, boards, wiki) – desirable.
Azure Wiki, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar tools for documentation.
Excel / Google Sheets for structuring functional information.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proactive mindset to clarify ambiguities and ask relevant questions.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of the process.
Nice to Have:
Basic programming knowledge.
Previous experience in software projects related to rentals, vehicles, or marketplaces.
Knowledge of basic accounting workflows (invoicing, payments, cash management, etc.).
Technical English proficiency.
