B2B Digital Marketing Analyst

Rently Soft is a leading Car Rental Management Software company dedicated to revolutionizing the car rental industry through innovative digital solutions. We are seeking a talented and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Role Overview

As the B2B Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence, attracting potential clients, and nurturing valuable relationships within the Car Rental Industry for both of our commercial brands: Rently Soft and Street Rent a Car. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing our digital marketing strategies, focusing on paid media campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and enhancing our SEO efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, other PPC platforms) to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve goals and maximize ad efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve content marketing and paid media strategies.
  • Create and manage a content marketing calendar that aligns with our B2B and B2C audience's interests and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create captivating and relevant content across various digital platforms.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Keep up-to-date with SEO best practices and algorithm updates to adapt our strategies accordingly. Perform keyword research and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Email marketing, including the creation of campaigns in marketing automation platforms.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software, and social media insights.
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly reports and insights to management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and growth.


  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with focus on paid media (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • Experience in running digital advertising (Google Ads, Paid LinkedIn, programmatic and PPC)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.). Google Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Marketing and Advertising for environments related to IT (SaaS).
  • Familiarity with software design platforms like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva.
  • Experience in managing Hubspot, working with a sales team and comprehensive understanding of the sales funnel.
